The Europa League Knockout Round Play-offs commence on Thursday with some tantalising fixtures in the Netherlands and Portugal.
Football tipster Tom Desborough has dived into the markets for three value bets as part of a cracking acca involving Porto, Roma, FC Twente, Bodø / Glimt, AZ Alkmaar, and Galatasaray.

FC Porto v Roma – Porto to win
We kick off Thursday night’s action in Portugal with a mouthwatering tie between two understated European heavyweights.
Porto have been busy adjusting to life post-Sergio Conceicao, while visitors Roma are providing Claudio Ranieri with one last dance before his final, definite retirement.
It could be a tough trip for the Leicester City hero, whose record in Europe is nothing to shout about.
He has lost nine of his last 11 European knockout games, including two out of two defeats in his previous run as Roma boss.
With the Italian side’s European away record (three wins in 19 games), it isn’t easy to see them taking any points back to Italy.
Plus, Porto boast an excellent record against Thursday’s visitors, with only one defeat in six meetings. I will back them to take advantage.
FC Twente v Bodø / Glimt – Over 3.5 goals
Two teams whose recent games have been littered with goals meet in the Netherlands for our second game.
At the weekend, hosts FC Twente played out a thrilling 3-3 draw in Heerenveen, narrowly missing out on the three points thanks to a stoppage-time equaliser.
FC Twente have scored and conceded in all of their last six games, while they scored three goals in two of their previous four.
Norwegian side Bodø/ Glimt may have finished the domestic season, but that won’t stop them from being match-ready for arguably the biggest game in their history.
They have never made the Europa League knockout stages before and will be well up for this one.
Three of Bodø’s last five games have seen four or more goals, and both teams have scored in four of their previous five.
We could be in for a goal-fest in the first-ever meeting between these two teams.
AZ Alkmaar v Galatasaray – Draw and BTTS? Yes
In our second game in the Netherlands, AZ Alkmaar will face Turkish giants Galatasaray for the second time in this Europa League campaign.
They previously drew 1-1 with them on matchday five.
Maarten Martens’ team have an admirable home record, having lost only two of their last 35 games at the AFAS Stadium.
It has been an engaging European campaign for Okan Buruk’s side.
Finishing 14th in the League Phase after winning only three of their eight games. Their games also saw more goals than any other team, with 35 finding the net.
Galatasaray also scored and conceded in all eight matches, making a BTTS bet enticing.
Both teams will be keen not to lose ahead of next week’s second leg, so a repeat of the draw they played out in the group stage is likely.
