PSG v Man City Tips: Golden Foden the key in Joe Cole’s 48/1 Bet Builder
Wednesday night features a cracking clash in the Champions League as Pep Guardiola and Manchester City take on PSG in Paris.
City are showing signs off life at the start of 2025, following their disastrous end to 2024, and Guardiola will be pushing for a spot in the UCL knockouts next month.

This is a big game at this stage of the competition, PSG have lost to Arsenal, Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich so far in the Champions League this season, and they are 25th in the table at the start of 2025.
That is incredible when you look at the quality in their team and the money that has been spent at the club. Man City look to be getting some of their swagger back, playing well, getting on the ball and Phil Foden is back amongst the goals.
I think that is certainly something to keep an eye on, he’s scored four goals in the space of a week, so I’m backing him to score in Paris.
I’d also tip punters towards PSG’s left-sided forward Bradley Barcola, he’s come in to replace Kylian Mbappe in the team this season, and he’s done a stellar job.
He’s joint top scorer so far this season in Ligue 1, so I’m backing him for a goal, as he’s a real threat. The other PSG star to keep a lookout for is Ousmane Dembele, he’s a great player who gets his shots off, so I’m going for 2+ shots for him.
I can’t pick between the two teams for a result, so I’m going to sit on the fence and go for a draw, with both teams to score. I don’t know if that will enough to get PSG to qualify and that adds some extra intrigue into the game.
