The Baller League has taken Germany by storm – and it’s heading to the UK soon.

It’s the latest crossover sporting event featuring former pros and social media influencers including YouTube behemoth KSI.

With an aim of reinventing the beautiful game, the Baller League looks set to become an online hit. You (probably) won’t be able to escape it.

Everything you need to know about the Baller League UK is below.

Baller League UK format and rules

The Baller League is an indoor six-a-side football tournament featuring 12 teams.

Every match will be two halves of 15 minutes and there will be drastic changes to the rules in the last three minutes of each half such as three on three and goalkeepers not being allowed to use their hands.

Each team plays each other once and the top four in the table will progress to the play-offs.

Baller League UK launch date

The draft for the Baller League is set to take place on Monday, 24th February.

There is then a short wait until the action begins on Monday, 3rd March and the competition runs every week until Monday, 19th May.
