The FA Cup’s fourth round concludes on Tuesday at St James’ Park—no, not that one. High-flying Nottingham Forest will travel South West to take on League One’s Exeter City.

It’s a long way down to Exeter. I remember playing plenty of friendlies there in my West Ham days. It’s a beautiful part of the country but a long way away.

Nottingham Forest were superb against Brighton. It was as good of a Premier League performance as I saw last weekend. I expect them to change the whole team for this game, which can bring problems, but looking at their bench, I still fancy Nottingham Forest to win.

Taiwo Awoniyi started in the third round against Luton; he is a good player and has been unlucky not to get more minutes, but Chris Wood has been in sensational form, so it’s understandable. I back Awoniyi to score in this game.

When teams in the lower divisions come up against Premier League opposition, they have to impose themselves physically, so you look at the players who will put a foot in. Ryan Woods does that for Exeter.

He has been booked nine times this season, so on Tuesday, I will go with him to get another.
