When is the Grand National 2025? Aintree date, start time, runners and betting
Aintree is gearing up to once again stage the Grand National in 2025.
The world’s biggest Jumps race underwent numerous changes for last year’s renewal including the field size being reduced to 34 runners, but it remains the one they all want to win.
I Am Maximus claimed the spoils when emphatically leading home an Irish 1-2-3-4 to hand trainer Willie Mullins his second victory in the famous contest 12 months ago.

Inothewayurthinkin is the favourite with Paddy Power to win the Grand National after staying on strongly to place fourth in the Paddy Power Irish Gold Cup.
The Willie Mullins-trained I Am Maximus is next in our early betting as last year’s winner attempts to retain the crown.
Ownermate Iroko is also prominent as the Aintree feature has been the long-term aim for the Cheltenham Festival winner.
