Liverpool responded well to the draw against Everton with a win over Wolves on Sunday. They got a bit of a scare but got the job done. They are a really professional outfit with probably the most balanced team in Europe in terms of experience and youngsters covering every position.
It will be a tight game on Wednesday, but I’m going for a Liverpool win.
Aston Villa couldn’t grab the three points at home to Ipswich on Saturday, mainly thanks to the goalkeeper’s heroics, but they will need their attackers on top form to keep this one close, which I think they will. It will be a narrow defeat, where they’ll get on the scoresheet. So I’ll back Both teams to score.
He seems to be scoring in every game and got another one from the penalty spot at the weekend. You can’t not back Mo Salah to score, so he’d be my pick for a goalscorer in this match.
