PSV v Liverpool – Liverpool to win

PSV Eindhoven have won only three of their seven UEFA Champions League matches this campaign, with defeats against Juventus (3-1) and Stade Brestois 29 (1-0), and two consecutive draws against PSG (1-1) and Sporting Lisbon (1-1).

The home side most recently suffered an embarrassing defeat to PEC Zwolle (3-1). The hosts have lost the last five meetings between the two teams.

Liverpool have been nothing short of excellent in this competition, with seven wins from seven, including notable victories against Real Madrid (2-0) and Bayer Leverkusen (4-0).

Liverpool have only lost once away from home all season in all competitions, having most recently beaten Brentford (0-2) in the Premier League. Arne Slot’s side have won their last three consecutive matches coming into this game.

Red Bull Salzburg v Atletico Madrid – Atletico Madrid to win

Red Bull Salzburg have suffered two consecutive defeats in the Champions League coming into this game, with losses against Real Madrid (5-1) and PSG (0-3).

The Austrian side have only won once in this competition against Feyenoord (1-3). They have remained winless on home soil, conceding three or more goals on at least five occasions.

Atlético Madrid have won four of their previous five away matches, suffering their only defeat against Leganes (1-0). The visitors have recorded notable away wins against Barcelona (1-2) and Real Valladolid (0-5) – whilst winning their last two European matches against PSG (1-2) and Sparta Praha (0-6).

Sturm Graz v RB Leipzig – RB Leipzig to win

Sturm Graz are winless in their last four matches and have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last six matches. Sturm Graz are coming into this game on the reels of a 5-0 loss to Atalanta and a 3-2 loss away at Lille.

The Austrian side have only scored once at home in this competition, conceding three and suffering two consecutive defeats early on against Sporting CP (0-2) and Club Brugge (0-1).

RB Leipzig are unbeaten in their previous three matches, following their draw with Bayer Leverkusen (2-2). RB Leipzig recorded their first win in the Champions League this season, with a 2-1 win against Sporting CP in their previous European game. RB Leipzig were held to a draw in their last away game against Vfl Bochum (3-3).

Juventus v Benfica – Juventus to win

Juventus have won two of their three home matches in this competition, recording victories against Manchester City (2-0) and PSV Eindhoven (3-1). The Old Lady are unbeaten in their last four European matches, with three draws against Club Brugge (0-0), Aston Villa (0-0) and Lille (1-1) – with a single win against Manchester City.

In their last five Champions League matches, Benfica have suffered three defeats, including a home game against Barcelona where they squandered a 4-2 lead, ultimately losing 5-4 to the Spanish team. Benfica have two losses in their last four away from home losing to Sporting CP (1-0) and Casa Pia (3-1).

Barcelona v Atalanta – Barcelona to win

Barcelona are in excellent form heading into this game. Hansi Flick’s side are unbeaten in their last seven matches, having won six and drawn once.

The home side have picked up impressive victories against the likes of Athletic Bilbao (0-2), Valencia (7-1), Real Madrid (2-5) and in their recent Champions League fixture against Benfica (4-5).

Italy’s title challengers, Atalanta, have only two wins from their previous five matches in all competitions—albeit two consecutive wins against Sturm Graz (5-0) and Como (1-2). Gian Piero Gasperini has seen his side suffer a defeat to Napoli (2-3) and two draws against Juventus (1-1) and Udinese (0-0).

Girona v Arsenal – Arsenal to win

Girona are coming into this game in terrible form, with the home side having lost their previous three matches heading into this game. The hosts have most notably against Rayo Vallecano (2-1), Milan (1-0) and Sevilla (1-2).

Their only win in this competition was against Slovan Bratislava – who are winless from seven in the Champions League.

Mikel Arteta’s side have a tremendous away record, as the Gunners are unbeaten in their last seven away matches in all competitions – with five wins and two draws. Arsenal have picked up notable victories against Brentford (1-3), Crystal Palace (1-5) and in the Champions League against Sporting Lisbon, to which the Gunners were 5-1 winners against a Sporting side who were unbeaten in European competition at that stage.

Inter Milan v Monaco – Inter Milan to win

Inter Milan are unbeaten in their previous five matches in all competitions, having won its last three consecutive games against Lecce (0-4), Sparta Praha (0-1), and Empoli (3-1).

The Nerazzurri have won all three of its home European matches this season, with two consecutive 2-0 victories against Arsenal and RB Leipzig and a 4-0 win against Crvena Zvezda.

Monaco have lost two of its previous five matches in all competitions. However, they have two consecutive victories against Aston Villa (1-0) and Rennes (3-2) coming into this game. The visitors have also lost to Montpellier (2-1) and suffered a penalty shootout loss to Stade Reims in the Coup de France.

Lille v Feyenoord – Lille to win

Lille have been excellent on home soil, with four wins from their last five matches, including against OGC Nice (2-1), Stade Brestois 29 (3-1), and Rennes (1-0).

The home side are unbeaten at home in this competition, with three wins from four games, including a famous 1-0 win against current holders Real Madrid.

Before this game, Feyenoord have only won once in their previous three away fixtures in all competitions. In the Eredivisie, they dropped points away at 12th-placed Willem II (1-1) and lost 3-0 to PSV Eindhoven.

Feyenoord have only won three from their previous six in all competitions – including a defeat at home to FC Utrecht (1-2).
