You’ve got to go on form in this one. A lot of Spurs fans are really dumbfounded with how it’s been going for Big Ange Postecoglou. I think that Newcastle will go there and win the game.
I was talking to some friends who were going to the Wolves games who’d just gotten rid of their manager. Spurs were playing at home, and they were able to call it that they weren’t going to win it, and they were right, it ended 2-2.
This Newcastle side are very much in form. I’d back an away win here. Spurs are at that stage with Ange where there’s enough heat on the owners and on Daniel Levy and Joe Lewis, and there’s so much tension.
If Spurs don’t win this, I reckon Postecoglou’s in big trouble. I think that’s wrong; the problems at Tottenham lie above whoever the head coach is.
They really need to win this game, but Newcastle will have too much for them; I can see this ending 3-1 to Newcastle. I’d also back Over 2.5 goals then and Alexander Isak to score.
There could be a red card in here for Spurs too. If they’re getting well beaten, fans will be demanding tackles to be thrown in, and they’re a youthful team, someone could lose the head and pick up a red card for the home side.
